The long awaited Basic Management Development Program Agronomy has finally come. PT. SMART, Tbk. (Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food) is going to start Basic Management Development Program Agronomy batch 93 in March 2019.
Program Description
Aimed at developing future leaders in the palm oil sector, this leadership development programme will provide you with knowledge and skills in management and good agronomy practice.
The 10-month programme will be conducted in our plantation estates ACROSS INDONESIA.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in agriculture (Agronomy, Soil Science, Agricultural Technology) or Forestry
2. GPA / IPK minimum of 2.85
3. Single, 26 years old and below
4. Fresh graduates or those with around 1 year of experience
Show good integrity, strong analytical, and good leadership skills
5. Strong team player
6. WILLING TO BE PLACED ACROSS INDONESIA
