1. Mechanic
(Code: MECH_SA_Name)
Job Description:
Carry out and report on all maintenance and repair activities of the unit, in accordance with the direction of the employer, procedures, health and safety standards in the workplace that apply as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the work environment during activities to ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the work and achieve predetermined work targets.
Qualification:
• Minimum education: High School, Vocational High School with major of Electrical /Automotive/ Production Machine.
• Candidat living in South Kalimantan / Kalimantan is preferably.
• Has work experienced as mechanic in mining is preferred.
• Understand mining procedure, HSE procedure, plant maintenance process, specify of unit/equipment.
• Knowing Heavy Equipment Management System.
• Having skill of heavy equipment maintenance.
• Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk All site area.
2. Head of Technical Analyst Section
(Code: HOSTA_FA_NAME)
Job Description:
Coordinate, direct and control the production data analysis process, operator performance and production equipment performance as well as daily, weekly and monthly operational costs that are carried out by the engineering team in order to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date mining operational data to provide recommendations for improvements to the user.
Qualification:
• Bachelor degree of Mining Engineering / Geology.
• Has experience minimum 5 years as Engineering in mine is preferred.
• Understand mining procedure, HSE procedure, HRD procedure and regulation, specification of tools / unit.
• Has a POP and POM certification is preferred.
• Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk All site area.
3. Plant & Maintenance Trainer
(Code: PMT_B_Name)
Job Description
Preparing material, making lesson plans, providing training, coaching and assessments to mechanics and automotive electricians on all aspects of maintenance and repair of heavy equipment in the project in accordance with the curriculum, HSE standards and applicable procedures through effective coordination with related parties in order to generate energy qualified mechanical personnel in accordance with the competency standards that have been determined to support the achievement of the plant & maintenance targets dept.
Qualification:
• Minimal Education: Vocational High School with major of Electrical / Mechanical
• Has work experience min 3 years in the same field
• Has experience minimum 2 years as maintenance supervisor is preferred.
• Understand mining procedure, product knowledge, failure analysis, and heavy equipment.
• Has POP and TOT certification is preferred
• Have good communication
• Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk All site area
4. Auxiliary Team Leader
(Code: ATL_A_Name)
Job Description:
Organize, supervise, and report verbally and in writing all activities of maintenance / maintenance and repair of auxilliary units in the project within the scope of supervision and maintaining the cleanliness of the work environment based on the direction of the supervisor and schedule / planning made by the planner within the budget, procedure and HSE standards applies to support the achievement of PA, MTBF and MTTR unit targets and support the smooth operation of mining.
Qualification:
• Diploma / Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering of Heavy Equipment.
• Has experience minimum 3 years as maintenance mechanic of mining heavy equipment is preferred.
• Understand mining procedure, HSE procedure, HRD procedure and regulation, specification of tools / unit.
• Understand Heavy Equipment Management System.
• Understand Computerized Mechanical Management Systems (CMMS).
• Familiar with Komatsu unit especially in Buldozer and Motor Grader.
• Has a POP certification is preferred.
• Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk All site area.
5. Industrial Relation & CSR Specialist
(Code: IRCS_H_Name)
Job Description:
Analyzing and designing the rules that apply in companies related to industrial relations and monitoring these rules so that they are run by employees within the Company to create a harmonious work environment and analyze corporate social responsibility programs that can provide benefits to stakeholders to meet the needs of stakeholders themselves.
Qualification:
• Minimum education: Bachelor degree of Law.
• Age max: 35 years old.
• Has experience minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is require for this position.
• Preferably supervisor/coordinator specializing in Industrial Relation and External Relation or equivalent.
• Evaluates current CLA, Industrial Relation Procedure, Industrial Relation policies in order to ensure compliance with law and maintain a harmonious industrial relations climate.
• Experience in resolving Industrial disputes up to the level of PHI (Industrial Relations court).
• Able to establish good communication with government agencies and trade unions and master the provisions of the Bipartite and Tripartit LKS.
• Has experienced in mining industry with minimum 500 staffs & labors will be preferred.
• Responsible in handling Industrial & External Relation disputes settlement in timely manner.
• Responsible for building a good relation with labor unions, local communities, government and NGO/Community Organization.
• Responsible for making CSR Program and ensure it implementation.
• Possessed strong leadership and communication skill.
• Willing to placed in company head office.
• Willing to travel to our sites in any time.
• Good interpersonal skill is must.
6. Industrial Relation Team Leader
(Code: IRTL_S_Name)
Job Description:
Analyze, regulate, develop and report on Industrial & External Relations activities in the project and coordinate security in the project continuously in order to support the creation of Industrial & External Relations that are relevant to company policies in the project and in accordance with applicable HSE budgets, procedures and standards.
Qualification:
• Minimum education: Bachelor degree of Law.
• Age between: 30-40 years old
• Has experience minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is require for this position.
• Preferably supervisor/coordinator specializing in Industrial Relation.
• Evaluates current CLA, Industrial Relation Procedure, Industrial Relation policies in order to ensure compliance with law and maintain a harmonious industrial relations climate.

7. Conditioning Monitoring & Equipment Health Analyst

Job Description:
Monitor and analyze all health parameters of equipment & components so that they can be used or developed further to prevent the severity of damage to components / equipment and try to overcome non conformance components / parts by suppliers / dealers in part or in whole in the framework of saving costs and knowing the causes of non conformance component to take more effective precautions by communicating it to the supplier / dealer manufacturer.
Qualification:
• Diploma degree of Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
• Has work experience minimum 1 year
• Understand mining procedure, HSE procedure, HRD procedure and regulation, specification of tools / unit.
• Understand Heavy Equipment Management System.
• Understand Computerized Mechanical Management Systems (CMMS).

8. IT Infrastructure Project

Job Description:
Monitor, coordinate and report on the use / implementation of IT devices and planned infrastructure includes hardware, software, network, telephone, radio and equipment others through effective coordination with IT Head Office to ensure that implementation effective and efficient according to the needs and development of the Company’s business, HSE standards and within the specified budget limit.
Qualification:
• Bachelor degree of Electrical / Informatics Engineering.
• Has work experience minimum 5 years in infrastructure network and radio communication.
• Candidat(s) living in East Kalimantan is prioritize.
• Understand mining procedure, HSE procedure, basic network knowledge, data processing.
• Skillful using software data base and Enterprise Resources Planning.
