1. Mechanic
(Code: MECH_SA_Name)
Job Description:
Carry out and report on all maintenance and repair activities of the unit, in accordance with the direction of the employer, procedures, health and safety standards in the workplace that apply as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the work environment during activities to ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the work and achieve predetermined work targets.
Qualification:
• Minimum education: High School, Vocational High School with major of Electrical /Automotive/ Production Machine.
• Candidat living in South Kalimantan / Kalimantan is preferably.
• Has work experienced as mechanic in mining is preferred.
• Understand mining procedure, HSE procedure, plant maintenance process, specify of unit/equipment.
• Knowing Heavy Equipment Management System.
• Having skill of heavy equipment maintenance.
• Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk All site area.
2. Personnel Admin & Comben Team Leader
(Code: PACTL_A_NAME)
Job Description:
Managing, supervising, regulating and compiling personnel data and administrative administration updates as well as fees and benefits in accordance with the level of authority and procedures in order to support accuracy, completeness of data, absence of irregularities, and timeliness of payments and supporting timely payroll services at the project in accordance with Company policy and the Act.
Qualification:
• Min. Diploma degree of Accounting/Tax/Management/Economy.
• Has experience minimum 5 years working in related field.
• Understand mining procedure, HSE procedure, HRD procedure and regulation, business process, labor law, HR-IR regulation, Tax, Jamsostek.
• Has a FINON certification is preferred.
• Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk All site area.
3. Short Term Planning Engineer
(Code: STPE_FA_NAME)
Job Description:
Develop short-term mine plans and designs (daily to 8 weekly) based on correct "sequences", referring to medium and long term mine designs and plans (annual), in accordance with mining operational techniques which include production plans and estimation of tool requirements and anticipation adjusting design & planning in the field to improve the effectiveness of mining operations in accordance with HSE standards and customer desires.
Qualification:
• Bachelor degree of Mining Engineering / Geology.
• Fresh Graduate is welcome.
• Has experience minimum 1 years as Engineering in mine is preferred.
• Understand mining procedure, HSE procedure, HRD procedure and regulation, specification of tools / unit.
• Has a POP certification is preferred.
• Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk All site area.
4. Head of Technical Analyst Section
(Code: HOSTA_FA_NAME)
Job Description:
Coordinate, direct and control the production data analysis process, operator performance and production equipment performance as well as daily, weekly and monthly operational costs that are carried out by the engineering team in order to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date mining operational data to provide recommendations for improvements to the user.
Qualification:
• Bachelor degree of Mining Engineering / Geology.
• Has experience minimum 5 years as Engineering in mine is preferred.
• Understand mining procedure, HSE procedure, HRD procedure and regulation, specification of tools / unit.
• Has a POP and POM certification is preferred.
• Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk All site area.
5. Health & Safety Operation Team Leader
(Code: HSOTL_FA_NAME)
Job Description:
Ensure and coordinate supervision and guidance to ensure that practice safe work in accordance with HSE standards and regulations, adhered to and implemented by all employees and Subcontractors on the project to ensure safety and security in the workplace.
Qualification:
• Min. Diploma degree of Enviromental Engineering/Community Health/Forestry/Industrial Engineering.
• Has experience minimum 3 years working in mining industry.
• Understand business process, mining process, K3LH, HSE procedure, HRD procedure and regulation, couching & counseling, emergency handling, fire handling, using rescue equipments, basic life support/first aid.
• Has a POP, ToT, OHSAS 18000 auditor, ISO 14001 auditor, ISO 9001 auditor certification is preferred.
• Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk All site area.
6. Health & Safety Operation Officer
(Code: HSOO_FA_NAME)
Job Description:
Conduct supervision and guidance to ensure that work practices are safe in accordance with HSE standards and regulations, adhered to and implemented by all workers and Subcontractors on the project to ensure safety and security at work.
Qualification:

Job Description:
Data collection, analysis and monitoring of geological data on the project in order ensure the fulfillment of standard mining procedures and the quality of target clients / customers for support the effectiveness of mining operations.
Qualification:
• Bachelor degree of Geology.
• Has experience minimum 1 years working as mining engineering.
• Understand business process, mining process, K3LH, HSE procedure, HRD procedure and regulation, familiar with software: Stability Analysis, Mining, Mining Design, Autocad
• Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk All site area.
8. MINE OPERATION TEAM LEADER
(Code : MOTL)
Gambaran Pekerjaan
Mengatur, mengawasi dan melaporkan secara lisan dan tertulis semua aktivitas penambangan dan pengangkutan overburden serta menjaga kebersihan lingkungan kerja di lingkup pengawasannya berdasarkan arahan atasan, mine plan dan design yang di buat engineer dalam batasan budget, prosedur serta standard HSE yang berlaku untuk memastikan tercapainya target pekerjaan per shift serta mendukung kelancaran "sequence" penambangan .
Kualifikasi:
• Minimum SMA namun Diutamakan S1 Teknik Pertambangan, Geology, Teknik Industri
• Memahami Mining Process,
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di posisi yang sama.
• Memiliki sertifikasi POP
• Mampu bekerja dengan deadine
• Memiliki komunikasi yang baik
• Teliti dalam bekerja
• Hanya kandidat yang memenuhi kualifikasi yang akan di proses
• Bersedia di tempatkan di Site ( Kalimantan Area )
