Trakindo Utama is the authorized dealer in Indonesia for Cat equipment, engines, fork lift and spare parts from Caterpillar Inc., the world's largest manufacturer of mining, forestry, agriculture and construction equipment, diesel and natural gas engines, industrial engines, marine engines and generator sets.
Specific Requirements:
1. Ensure the approved transactions that occurred are completely recorded at the correct amount, in the appropriate account and on a timely basis
2. Ensure the applicable withholding tax and VAT are app. to all transaction process.
3. Ensure the transactions data files and standing data contain. in files continue to be complete, accurate. auto.. and u.ate
4. Ensure normal receivables and expenditures the compliance of procedure and cash management discipline no discrepancies
5. To safeguard assets
6. Ensure no discrepancy in bank reconciliation and timelines of reimbursement process
7. Ensure the implementation of pan and control department expenses/cost
8. Ensure availability and accessibility of data
9. ,Ensure all transaction process. by SAP accurately
General Requirement :
- At least 2 years experience in Finance field background is a must Supervisory lever
- Good at communication and high responsibility in job
- Having a good performance and attitude record
- Good command or English both spoken and written
