Some of your duties will include:
• To monitor and control tyre operation, attain equipment target availability and provide services to the satisfaction of all tyres and users; Responsible for tyre repair and tyre fitter crew safety;
• Responsible to conduct tyre preventive maintenance list: front tyre replacement schedule, rim replacement schedule, tyre condition check on the unit in DOOD;
• Ensure the operated unit is assembled with appropriate tyre, rock ejector, tyre valve caps, valve bracket and bolt/nut;
• Monitor and maintain important tyre tools and equipment such as: pneumatic wrench, pneumatic torque tools, pneumatic grinding and buffing tools that all must be provided with maintained and clean air/water separator, pressure regulator and line oiler;
