To support our rapid establishment and expansion of the business entities and projects, we are seeking qualified professionals with integrity, trust, enthusiasm, respect, innovative thinking and solid teamwork to join with our team in Bulungan Site - North Kalimantan.
Currently we are looking candidates potential to joint our with team :
1. Training Development Supervisor
Requirements :
- Male, S1 Management / Psikologi / Engineering / Other
- Experience Min. 3 years in some position
- Familiar with all process training internal, inhouse, public for needed mandatory, hardskill, softskill, certification, create matriks training and syllabus, TNA, training budgeting
- Good relationship with any vendor (exp : Perhapi, LPM, BNSP)
- Skill and background as Trainer and Have TOT Certified is prefered
- Ready placement at jobsite Bulungan Kaltara
2. Legal & Permit Supervisor
Requirements :
- Male / Female, S1 Law
- Experience Min. 5 years (Mining Company is Prefered)
- Familiar with all contract legal & Permit management, Know and understand the company matter, legal drafting & routing, dispute settlement, contract review, legal due diligence
- Have a good relationship with government
- Ready to work with high mobility at Head Office Jakarta and Jobsite Bulungan Kaltara
3. Mine Surveyor
Requirements :
- Male / Female, S1 Geodesi
- Experience 1 – 2 years
- Familiar with Topography data, elevation and volume, Drone, Arcgist
- Ready placement at Jobsite Bulungan Kaltara
4. Mine Plan Engineer
Requirements :
- Male, S1 Mine Engineer
- Experience Min. 3 years at Coal Mining Company
- Familiar with Mine Planning, Quarterly report, Pit Optimazion, Reclamation, RKAB, have a good skill for Minescape Software
- Have POP Certified is prefered
- Ready placement at Jobsite Bulungan Kaltara
