01. ENGINEER – ELECTRICAL (CONTROL)
(Fixed Term Position)
Key elements of the position include:
• Plan and carry out engineering program, including development of design, calculation and technical review
• Coordinate activities concerning technical developments, scheduling, and resolution of engineering design and test problems
• Coordinate and exercise functional authority for planning, organising, controlling, integrating, and completing engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility
• Perform, coordinate and supervise project execution and control, including tender process, evaluation, administration, and site construction, i.e., fabrication, installation, commissioning, and quality assurance/quality control
• Assess risks on the project and implement controls
• Schedule and monitor project progress
• Prepare and submit report to Manager on project progress status on a regular basis
• Demonstrate and encourage acceptance and implementation of KPC HSE programs and practices
• Control expenditures within limitations of project budget
• Determine improvement target; find inefficiency root causes; determine and implement action plan; measure results; standardize; and continue the same process to other costly or inefficient programs using continuous improvement methods
• Oversee the operational and maintenance practices on Company’s site assets and ensure all standards are met.
• Become Company’s site liaison officer which has good knowledge and understanding of Company’s site assets
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree (S1) Electrical majoring in Power System
• Min 5 years’ Experience in Electrical Power and Distribution
• Experience and familiar with related standard (ISA, IEC, IEEE, AS, PUIL)
• Extensive knowledge of industrial electrical engineering design and installation of electrical components.
• Sound problem solving and decision making competencies
• Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to influence and deal with a diverse range of personnel
• Sound project management competency
• Detailed knowledge of company policies, procedures and government regulations impacting the construction projects
• Financial skills to handle project and budget responsibilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication. Skills in both English and Indonesian, to liaise with internal and external contacts.
• Strong concerns for HSES
02. ENGINEER – CIVIL
(Fixed Term Position)
Key elements of the position include:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree (S1) Civil
• 5 years relevant experience in wide variety of civil projects
• Sound problem solving and decision making competencies
• Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to influence and deal with a diverse range of personnel
• Sound project management competency
• Mastering to software of Structure Analysis Program, AutoCAD 2D, MS project, Excel, program Plaxis is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication. Skills in both English and Indonesian, to liaise with internal and external contacts.
03. ENGINEER – MECHANICAL
(Fixed Term Position)
Key elements of the position include:
• Plan and carry out engineering program, including development of design, calculation and technical review

Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree (S1) Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university
• As a guide, a minimum of 3 years experience in construction project and/or bulk handling and/or mining environment
• Comprehensive understanding and experience in implementing Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
• Detailed understanding of mining industry
• Good knowledge in Mechanical Standards and Codes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong concerns for HSES
