MINING FOREMAN / PRODUCTION GROUP LEADER
Responsibilities:
1.
To co-ordinate and supervise the removal of overburden
and the mining and transport of coal in a safe environment and to
meet production targets with high standard performance.
2.
Actively contribute to positive teamwork
3.
Communicate openly and honestly at all times
Qualification :
1.
Age Maximum 35 years old
2.
Diploma / Bachelor degree related to each position
(Mining, Geologist, and Civil)
3.
2-3 years experience as a Foreman / Group Leader in
open pit coal mining area
4.
Have a second class blasting certificate & POP
License
5.
Strong leadership and team building skills
6.
Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality
for SHEQ
7.
Will be based in all over mining area
DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
The Manager will lead the mining discipline, driving a
culture of teamwork and performance to ensure continued growth and success by
achieving key commercial, safety and business targets.
Qualification :
1.
Bachelor Degree in Mining / Geology Engineer
2.
Minimum 10 years experiences in mining in similar
role
3.
A proven talent for identification and management of
opportunities and risks by overlaying contractual, financial, and technical
awareness in a similar operating environment is essential.
4.
Outstanding leadership credentials and the ability to
drive results will set the successful candidate apart from industry peers.
5.
Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
6.
Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles
and practices.
7.
Has skills such as initiative, technical ,problem
solving, creative thinking, reporting communication skill: written &
Verbal in English and Indonesian, information monitoring planning &
organizing, attention to details, meeting facilitation and negotiation
8.
Preferably held a “POU” Mining Indonesia
competency certificate
9.
Strong commitment to safety
10. Will
be based in all over mining area
