LIFTING ENGINEER
(Grissik, South Sumatera)
Job Description :
1. Generate planning for lifting activity/lifting plan, coordinate and discussion with other team.
2. Generate JSA and Permit To Work.
3. Execution the lifting activity with safely and timely manner.
4. Manage and control rigging loft in proper condition.
5. Perform inspection of lifting accessories.
6. Work in company routine schedule.
Qualification required :
The holder must have following minimum qualification :
1. Bachelor (S1) degree with minimum experience 3 years in similar position.
2. Diploma (D3) with minimum experience 5 years in similar position.
3. Understanding of safety regulation and standard in oil and gas company.
4. Familiar with crane and on lilting standard and procedure.
5. Familiar and understand regarding inspection and maintenance of lifting equipment.
6. Familiar and able to operate AutoCAD for lifting plan, Microsoft Office Power Points, MS Word and Excel.
7. Have training skill certificate.
8. Languages : English and Indonesian.
9. Have ability as a leader of small teams, competent and independent in his field.
2. SITE MANAGER
(Balikapapan Area)
Job Description :
1. Coordinate all project control activities, including methods and implementation of project control.
2. Monitor the completion of Cost Budgeting, Planning & Control and Material control to determine the problems that arise.
3. Provide solutions to problems arising from the implementation of project management.
4. Evaluate and improve the methods, systems and procedures applicable to the Project Management Division.
5. Plan and prepare manpower of the Project Manage Division.
6. Planning for increased skills development and professionalism of Project Management Division personnel.
7. Manage and distribute Cost Budgeting, Planning & Control and Material Control to projects, according to project needs.
8. Coordinate the implementation of data base improvement Cost budgeting.
9. Produce reports on project management results, in accordance with prevailing systems and procedures.
10. Ensure the project quality dossier is progressively updated with the necessary material certs, weld procedures, welder IDs, NDT results etc.
11. Ensure the weld map is updated daily
12. Ensure the erection verticality and peaking and banding checks are taken regularly
QUALIFICATION :
1. Mechanical Engineer with 10 years experience in Storage Tank Min. 5.000 MT
2. Familiar with the necessary material certs, weld procedures, welder IDs, NDT results etc.

4. Have managerial skills, and leadership
5. Project for Windows, other Project Management programs.
6. Fluent English (General and Business English and Correspondence).
